Felix's Profile

FELIX LEONHARDT, Swensen Fellow

Felix joined the Office of Strategic Analysis in summer 2026 after graduating from Yale with a B.A. in History and a certificate in French. He served as president and treasurer of the Yale Debate Association, coached debate through the New Haven Urban Debate League, and played catcher for Yale Club Baseball. He also participated in the Brady-Johnson Program in Grand Strategy and the Peace and Dialogue Leadership Initiative. He likes reading about American history, playing Ticket to Ride with his family, and watching the New England Patriots. He is originally from Bethesda, Maryland. 

Martine's Profile

MARTINE DOSA, Swensen Fellow

Martine joined the Office of Strategic Analysis in summer 2026 after earning her B.A. in Political Science and Education Studies from Yale College. Previously, she advised nonprofits and government agencies in Connecticut at Farnam Associates. Martine also served as the Reentry Support Coordinator for the Yale Undergraduate Prison Project, where she facilitated programs on employment navigation and digital literacy for formerly incarcerated individuals across New Haven and Fairfield counties. She has researched the implementation of dual enrollment and early college at private universities, as well as wage outcomes of workforce training programs offered by community colleges in Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys hiking outdoors and spending quality time with friends and family. 

Jake's Profile

JAKE TODD, Swensen Fellow

Jake joined the Office of Strategic Analysis in summer 2026 after graduating from Yale College with a B.S. in Statistics & Data Science. During his time as an undergraduate, he was involved in oncology and computational biology research both at Yale and as an intern at Labcorp. Jake also worked as an emergency medical technician for Yale EMS. In his free time, Jake enjoys swimming, trying new coffee shops around New Haven, photography, and trivia!

GLORIA KUNNAPILLY, Summer Intern

Gloria joined the Office of Strategic Analysis in summer 2026. She is a rising senior at Yale College studying Cognitive Science. Through her work with Yale Model United Nations, she helped organize conferences in Korea, Taiwan, China, and India. She was also a Peer Liaison for the Asian American Cultural Center and is excited to serve as a Branford FroCo during her senior year. In her free time, she enjoys reading and going on walks with friends.

Anisë Murseli

ANISË MURSELI, Swensen Fellow

Anisë joined the Office of Strategic Analysis in summer 2025 after graduating from Yale College with a double major in Philosophy and Economics. Originally from Kosovo, her academic interests focus on epistemology, moral philosophy, and the political and economic development of the Balkans. At Yale, she was a student in the Grand Strategy program and worked as a research assistant at both the Yale School of Management and the Lowenstein Human Rights Project. Outside of Yale, Anisë held roles in the Office of the President of Kosovo and the Central Bank, and spent a summer researching international law at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague. In her free time, she enjoys painting, playing tennis, horseback riding, and reading more philosophy.

Emma Cowles

EMMA COWLES, Swensen Fellow

Emma joined the Office of Strategic Analysis in the summer of 2025 after graduating from Yale College with a B.A. in Global Affairs. As an undergraduate, Emma was a four-time All-American on the Yale Varsity Sailing Team and won multiple national titles. Emma also worked as a research assistant and was part of the Junior Class Council. In her free time, Emma enjoys playing tennis, reading, and traveling to visit friends and family. 

Sara Paredes Echeverri

SARA PAREDES ECHEVERRI, Swensen Fellow

Sara joined the Office of Strategic Analysis in 2025 after obtaining her MBA from Yale School of Management. Before Yale, Sara earned her medical degree from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow doing neuropsychiatric research at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. In her free time, Sara enjoys biking through East Rock and the Farmington Canal Trail, reading, and going to museums. 

Connor Kerpius

CONNOR KERPIUS, Associate Director of Strategic Analysis

Connor joined Yale in October 2024. Prior to Yale, Connor was a consultant at Bain & Company in New York, working on strategy and due diligence projects for clients across sectors. Connor holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Boston College. Prior to receiving his MBA from Yale, Connor worked for PwC’s consulting practice in New York and Boston. In his free time, Connor enjoys running in and around New Haven.

Kelsey Wasserman

KELSEY WASSERMAN, Director of Strategic Analysis

Kelsey Wasserman joined Yale in September 2025 and oversees the Office of Strategic Analysis. Kelsey came to Yale from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she acted as a Project Leader in the New York City office. Kelsey began her career as a Teach for America Corps Member in Milwaukee, WI while earning a Master of Arts in Education from Alverno College. She continued to focus on education as a leader of the Recruitment team for a network of schools, prior to earning an MBA at UC Berkeley – Haas School of Business. Kelsey is also a proud Eagle, having graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys throwing pottery, traveling, and rooting for her beloved Detroit sports teams.

Chad Losee

CHAD LOSEE, Senior Associate Provost for Strategy and Data Analysis

Chad Losee joined Yale in January 2023 and oversees the Office of Strategic Analysis, the Office of Institutional Research, and the University Data Office. He came to Yale from Harvard Business School, where he served as head of MBA admissions and financial aid from 2016-2022. Prior to this, Chad worked at Bain & Company in Dallas, Texas and Stockholm, Sweden for five years. In the middle of his time at Bain & Co., he completed an MBA at Harvard and then stayed for an additional year as part of the founding team for HBS Online. Chad holds a B.A. in international relations from Brigham Young University, an MBA from HBS, and a doctorate in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania. In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and four boys.
