If so, we invite you to apply for the Yale University Swensen Fellows in Strategic Analysis program. We consider and welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds and Yale schools.
Positions:
- Full-time fellowships: This is a salaried, full-time position planned for two years in length. Longer‐term roles at the university are possible post-fellowship.
- Summer internships: This is a paid, full-time internship open to students in their penultimate year. Summer internships are typically 10 weeks in length.

Compensation & Benefits
The Swensen Fellows are full-time paid positions as Strategy Analysts in the Office of Strategic Analysis within the Provost’s Office. Fellows receive a salary commensurate with experience and other qualifications in the range of $85k - $95k with medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as other postgraduate/postdoc associate benefits. Interns who join us for 10-weeks in the summer receive $10k.

Desired Profile
- Intellectually curious: You have a passion for delving deeply into challenging questions and can find something intellectually engaging in virtually any topic.
- Strong quantitative skills: You must love applying logic to problems and have an inherent comfort with data and logical argument. While you need not come from a quantitative discipline, you need to have a data‐centric approach to framing and answering questions.
